Returns Policy

We hope your fur baby is already enjoying their new wellness boost! But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Because this is a pet health product, only unopened items with the seal fully intact are eligible for return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened products, as we prioritize safety and product integrity for all pets.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at official@betterrrpets.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

📦 Please note:

• Returns must be approved before sending anything back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we’ve sent the wrong product, please email us right away at official@betterrrpets.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened pet products
• Perishables (e.g., food, treats)
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale items or gift cards
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just reach out, we're happy to help.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, we’ll process your refund separately.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether it’s been approved.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note: banks and card providers may take extra time to process the refund.
